What does AMP stand for? Achieve Maximum Performance



AMP! is a four-week productivity course which boasts a strong focus on lead generation.

It gives agents a model to follow that will help them boost the number of client appointments they set. Just consider this...The engaged participant in the course successfully averaged 11 client appointments.

AMP is designed for agents that want to take their business to a new level, brand new agents that will learn by doing, and those that are seeking that spark needed to fire up their present level of business.

Reality Checks, Financial Goal Setting, Teamwork, Tracking, Accountability, Learning


When do classes take place?

Class meets every Monday and Friday 10/07- 11/01

Time: Mon. 9am-12:00| Fri. 9am-10:30am

Additional time within your group and/or individually will be spent Tuesday-Thursday to complete coursework

Where will classes be held?

Rogers Agents- Meet in Rogers conference room upstairs

Bentonville Agents: Meet in Rogers conference room upstairs

Fayetteville Agents: Meet in Fayetteville conference room upstairs

Siloam Springs Agents: AMP will not be held in Siloam, please attend Fayetteville classes


Expectations:

  • Ready to be an active and committed participant for 4 weeks during the course including work outside of class.

  • Be willing to encourage your team members and enforce accountability within your group.

  • Login and access to ZAP- Be ready to use your ZAP

  • Need access to your contacts and/or database

  • Writing utensils

  • Cell phone

Materials we will provide:

  • Participant manual and binder will be provided

ZAP login instructions:

Step 1. Click here-  https://new.myzap.com/

Step 2. Type in user name. Should be your  firstname.lastname@coldwellbanker.com example-  anthony.benz@coldwellbanker.com

Step 3. Enter password. This is the same password you use for CB Exchange. If you don't know what this is, move on to instructions below.

ZAP Password reset instructions:

Step 1. Go here: https://login.coldwellbanker.com/ForgotPassword/PasswordReset/?brand=CB

Step 2. Enter your username. Should be your  firstname.lastname@coldwellbanker.com example-  anthony.benz@coldwellbanker.com

They will then email you a temporary password. Go back to the login screen and enter username and temporary password. Your “Old password” is the Temporary password. Change your password.
Step 3. Once you change it give it a few minutes.
Step 4. Close your web browser and reopen- Go back tohttp://new.myzap.com/ and type in new password.
