Licensing Paperwork, Start SOI, and Appointments

1. New Associate Packet

   • Provided by your Coach. You will review and sign these documents during your Onboarding meeting.

2. Submit Info to AREC

   • Information submitted to Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) with required data and paid fee.

3. Professional headshot

   • If you don’t have a current one, schedule an appointment. Suggestions: www.deborahbillingsley.com/ www.jcpportraits.com www.bcolemanphoto.com www.lindarichardsphotography.com

4. Create/purchase a domain name for your personal CBHMF website

   • Do this before ordering business cards and before your Marketing Orientation.  (Example:  www.yourname.com)

   • During your Marketing Orientation, Anthony will help you link your domain name to your CBHMF website. Purchase your domain name at godaddy.com, bluehost.com, or google domain.

5. Marketing Start-Up Package

   • You will meet with the office coordinator to order a few items: name badge, business cards, riders for signs. You will also start working on your brief Bio and set an appointment with IT to ensure your computer/laptop is connected to the office printer.

6. Begin creating the Sphere of Influence list

7. Flag email from access@cbexchange.com

   • This will give you all the usernames and passwords you will need to access my CB-Desk marketing tools.
